直接聘用流程

就业 of hourly employees must be fully supported by the timely completion of all employment paperwork. This includes hourly employees who are hired through recruitments as well as "direct hires."

If this is a viable c和idate for the job, hiring supervisor conducts two job-related reference checks (employee's current 和/or former supervisors - NOT a personal reference), 通过填写 参考报告.

If reference check is satisfactory, hiring supervisor completes an E-1 Hourly 工作人员 就业 Form (开始日期留空),准备 直接聘用备忘录 (看到样品) 和 sends it to 人力资源 along with the signed application.

因此, the effective date should be at least 6 to 8 weeks out which gives VISA time to process necessary forms to establish when a c和idate would be cleared to begin working on campus.

人力资源 will review the application 和 position description to determine whether this c和idate is minimally qualified.

If the c和idate is qualified for the position, the Recruitment & 就业 Assistant will notify the c和idate to come in to complete a 犯罪背景表.

Once the background results have returned 和 are satisfactory, the hiring supervisor will be contacted to make the job offer. 请允许 five business days before the employee's first workday. This will allow the Recruitment & 就业 Assistant time to setup an onboarding account.

If the position has been accepted, the Recruitment & 就业 Assistant will send the c和idate a hire letter 和 notification to complete the employment paperwork in the onboarding portal. No person can begin work until approved by 人力资源 和 all documents have been submitted.

4031 Non-Instructional Part Time 教师 Temporary 就业 Payroll Form
的 salary paid must be a minimum of 每周684美元 和 for no longer than a period of 12 months. If the person will be employed for a month or longer, the following process must be followed:
